An architecturally designed home boasting 6m high cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows transcending ocean views throughout the home & all family amenities including oversized trampoline, monkey bar swing set & cubby house. The space Welcome to secluded coastal farmhouse living! Crisp white weatherboards wrap around the entire exterior of the home which feature oversized timber windows & french doors throughout, purposely designed to bring the beautiful outdoors & ocean views indoors.  The open plan living & dining area comprises 6m high ceilings, a 70inch Samsung TV, two super comfy three seater lounge suites, a wood fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioners throughout & designer 8 seater dining table. The large open plan kitchen has professional European appliances including an 8 burner stove top, 120cm Ilve double oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with Eyre Roasted coffee beans, large fridge & microwave, freezer plus crystal glassware. In a nutshell, it's a fully equipped kitchen, perfectly suited for cooking enthusiasts!  The main bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, 35 inch TV, french doors which connect to the rural landscapes & boasts stunning Boston Bay sea views.  The second spacious bedroom comprising of a single bed and cot. The third bedroom is a large nursery featuring a designer king single trundle bed (the trundle is suited to child only) plus a single bed. This bedroom can also be configured as an adults bedroom with a king bed upon request. Please ensure you request prior to booking. The large bathroom features an oversized bathtub & luxurious shower. The home also encompasses a powder room & large laundry / mud room. The acres surrounding the home are ideal for kids to explore & play plus comprise of an XL vuly trampoline, chubby house, L monkey bar set, flying fox and basket ball ring . Outside is also an ideal place to just sit back & enjoy serenity & admire the beautiful view & wildlife that call this property home (families of blue birds & blackbirds). There is also ample car parking plus room for a boat & or caravan & an outdoor fire pit. Guests also have access to wifi plus Netflix, Binge, Stan, Apple TV, Disney & Kayo.  House sleeps 5 adults and 1 child on the trundle bed. Dog friendly - but strictly outside only. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Other things to note Landscaping is currently in progress on this property & at present there is no outside decking. However a fire pit & outdoor seating is situated in the deck area which guests are welcome to utilise & enjoy. This home is kid friendly & additional baby items such as bassinets, highchairs, porta cots & toys can all be provided. There are no blinds in the master bedroom as the owners like to wake to the sunrise. During October the house will be decorated for halloween! From late November and throughout December the house will have Xmas decorations.
