The space Welcome to my artist-designed one-bedroom retreat in Makati—a thoughtfully curated space where comfort, charm, and a hint of rustic elegance come together. Tucked beside a tranquil outdoor garden, it offers a rare pocket of fresh air and sunlight, perfect for slow mornings, stretching, or simply unwinding. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser. The bedroom features a cozy dresser-and-closet setup, soft evening lighting, a ceiling fan, and air-conditioning for restful nights. The living area blends antiques and rustic touches with modern comfort: a plush sofa, workspace, strong WiFi, ceiling fan, electric fan, and a Smart TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, and Disney+. The bathroom is warm and inviting with a shower and bidet. The building offers convenient, reasonably priced laundry services. I’ve designed this home to feel personal, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable— I hope this space can be your little boutique hideaway in the city. Guest access Parking is on the side of the entrance building. It’s very convenient and free. Even when you arrive and you find that there’s no space, you can always double park it on the side and give the keys to the guard at the lobby. Just mention the unit number you’re staying at. Other things to note Things to note: Laundry service - available on the second floor from 10am to 6pm daily, except on Wednesdays. Purified water refill for the dispenser - You may contact the number written on the dispenser to order or you may message me to request for a purified water refill. Ceiling fans - In the living room and the bedroom. They are both operated through a remote control attached on the wall. You may enter the fan speed while it’s on the wall. No need to remove it from its housing case. Trash - You may throw your trash on the trash bin of the building. Located on the fire exit in front of the main door. Just go up the stairs and you will see a silver opening on the wall. Just open it and drop the trash there. Smoking/Vaping - smoking/ vaping is strictly prohibited in the room. You may smoke/ vape in the garden located at the next door of the apartment unit
