Fully equipped 62 sq. meter design cabin built in 2021 on a 1,750 sq. meter plot facing the Ibiraquera lagoon, ideal for sailing, rowing, swimming or simply relaxing while contemplating nature. Maximum capacity 1 couple (double bed on the mezzanine) with 1 child (sofa bed in the living room). We do not accept pets. The space 1,750 M2 property with large grassy area, facing the Ibiraquera lagoon with exclusive access. Guest access The house is in an area of 1,750 M2 with only 2 houses, there is also a kiosk shared with the other house where we have a barbecue, toilet and storage for beach equipment.
