There is 7-11 shop open 24 hours at downstairs in the building, the opposite is Bangkok University. This quiet room close to BTS Ekkamai and BTS Phra Khanong two Stations. Only 5 minutes driving can be arrive. The location connect with Sukhumvit and Silom area in Bangkok. The space New, great design, nice swimming pool, nice room. The room has one bedroom and one bathroom, independent kitchen, the living room has one sofa and one working table with two chairs and big 55 inch smart TV with Nexfilx. The bedroom has one 1.8 meters kingsize bed with very very comfortable mattress. You will see nice and quite pool view from room. Have one balcony connect with kitchen area. Refrigerator and washing machine, induction cooker, kettle. The building has a large swimming pool with sun-beds, fully equipped Gym, garden space with children’s play area completely secured by 24-hour manned security with CCTV monitoring.
