Conveniently located Moncton North suite close to many local attractions including Magnetic Hill and Nordic Spa. 25 minutes to lots of beaches, Mountain Road Restaurants, and a short drive to Alma, NB which is a great little port community. Tim Hortons is a quick 1 minute drive. The space The suite (apartment) is attached to the house and entrance is at the side yard , the back yard and deck is a common area with BBQ on the deck for the suite Guest access You will be able to use all of the space in the pictures and we have 5 steps up on to the deck to access suite Other things to note This unit is completely smoke free including E cigarette and Vaping on the deck and back yard , I have placed a bucket with sand in it outside the gate you entered from for butting out Please smoke outside the gate Thanks
