The cottage has a comfortable living room, full kitchen with breakfast area, full bath, and bedroom with a king bed. The compound includes a separate studio/pool house with a two separate sitting areas and deck overlooking the garden. The property sits amidst lush landscaping with ponds and heated pool. Other things to note The pool will be open from around mid May to mid/end of September, depending on weather conditions. The rental rate does not include pool heat. If guests are heating the pool, this will be an additional charge. Absolutely no parties or events are permitted. A total of 12 people are allowed at the property at any times, with a total of four cars permitted.
