It is located on the second floor of the property. The space The property consists of four studio apartments on a second floor and two separate cabins. The Flamenco apartment is for three passengers, has a double bed (sleeps two) and a single bed (sleeps one), private bathroom and a kitchen area. It measures 7.0 meters x 3.0 meters. It overlooks Ladrilleros Street. When approaching the window, you can see a sector of the waterfront. The host family lives on the first floor. The place where we have the reception also works as an art workshop. Guest access In the hallway, there is an emergency exit with a small balcony. There you can enjoy the fresh air. It is important to emphasize that smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including the emergency exit. We have a small terrace in front of the reception, protected from the rain, where guests can sit and get some fresh air on warm days. In the space that functions as a reception, there is also an art workshop, where all the art found in the apartments has been produced. Other things to note Our cats Naruto and Donna usually walk around the property, please don't let them into the rooms or feed them, we give them very good food at home. They are spayed, vaccinated, and dewormed. We must also emphasize that smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.
