20 km from Gérardmer and at the foot of the Col du Bonhomme which leads to Alsace, the house is located on the edge of the RD23, relatively quiet and not frequented by heavy goods vehicles. We offer our fully renovated condominium in several formulas, from the guest room to the large F4 (other listings by clicking on my photo!). On site you have 2 parking spaces (courtyard closed by remote-controlled gate). Large accommodation on 2 floors, 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms. The space The door, located on the ground floor, opens onto the kitchen which includes appliances (fridge, gas stove (4 burners, oven), microwave oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, raclette set etc.) and the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. A door opens onto the bathrooms (bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet). The second door opens onto the dining room (large table and chairs), living room (39-inch TV, 1 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs) and, set back, the double bedroom area with new and quality sofa bed (15 cm Simmons mattress) with wardrobe and nightstand. Please note, this space, next to the living room (blackout curtain) and at the foot of the stairs that go up to the floor, is not suitable for a couple looking for significant privacy. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms (2 beds for 2 people with wardrobes and possibility of adding beds (small child and/or 1 person), wardrobes) and a bathroom equipped with shower and separate toilet, as well as a mini snack/breakfast area (coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, cutlery, etc.). Guest access Apart from the courtyard (parking), you have a terrace at the back and a shed for storing 2 wheels (single-storey), skis etc. This shed also includes a small lounge intended especially for smokers (like the owner ;) in wet weather. Other things to note The house is located close to ski slopes*, hiking trails and local tourist attractions (parks, Alsace Wine Route, Confiserie des Hautes-Vosges less than a kilometer away, etc.).
