A spacious, thoughtfully laid out getaway in Accra, located in the heart of the city and designed for lovers of art, beauty and sensuousness. There is a large open floor plan living room featuring a large flat screen TV connected to an Amazon Firestick for convenient streaming of free TV channels and your Netflix, Hulu, HBO and others as you may desire. We also have a little balcony with potted plants and a cosy hammock! We love hosting longer stays so we can get to know our guests better, and we have discounts built in for interested parties. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit. Other things to note This space is in close proximity to numerous hotspots in the city and situated in an area which provides very quick and reliable access to Ubers / Bolts. Most offices/attractions are within 10 minutes of the apartment which makes it great for people who love walking as well. We encourage our guests to bulk up their washing and have provided a large laundry basket for this purpose. We also encourage responsible use of the air conditioners and water heaters, and have an ad-hoc policy for topping up utilities once the energy allowance provided at check-in has been used up. *Electricity Allowance*: Please note that cost for electricity (power) credits is not included in our stated booking fees. However, we provide an electricity allowance for each stay at a surplus of what may be required for a short-term booking (2 nights or less). This allowance, a total of GHS 200, is loaded to the ECG account when our guests check-in. This electricity allotment typically lasts 2-3 days for the average Ghanaian household. However guests staying with us for longer-term rentals are responsible for purchasing additional energy credits beyond this initial allowance. This policy helps us keep our booking fees low and competitive, while giving guests control over how much energy they use during their stay. Let’s save the planet (and money!) together with the responsible use of energy! *Notice of Potential Noise*: Due to the popularity of the location, various events and bonanzas are held in the locale. At weekends especially, there may be music from the surrounding areas. We have provided earplugs for our noise-sensitive guests and encourage you to bring noise-cancelling headphones in case you prefer to work at night. Please note that the noise level has not deterred previous guests from enjoying their stay with us or returning for future visits (as evidenced by the number of our returnee guests). *Cleaning Service & Handy Man Available*: Provisions for cleaning services can be made when booking longer stays. Please send us a message and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. There is also security and a handy man on-site 7 days a week to address any issues which may arise during your stay. *Visa Application Information*: Please note that we do not provide information for visa applications outside of what is provided via the Airbnb platform.
