Great central location in the metroplex. Easy on/off from I30 and 161, 15 minutes from DFW airport & 25 minutes from Love Field airport (Can provide pick-up/drop-off from airport for a fee). Within minutes of Ripley's Believe it or Not, the new year-round indoor water park (Epic Water Park), Lone Star Park, Verizon Theater, Airhogs Stadium, Cowboy & Rangers Stadiums, 10 minutes to Six Flags, 15-20 minutes to downtown Dallas or Ft. Worth. Within 15-20 minutes of multiple lakes. Close to 2 parks. The space Quiet, well-established and safe neighborhood. ----First room identified as Room 1 second room is identified as Room 2. -Room 1 has red towels and Room 2 has blue towels. -There are two cats on the premises but will stay out of your way. -We use the main living room quite frequently. You're welcome to use the front living room as a work space, or play the Grand Piano. Please do not eat or drink in the front living room. -There is a bathroom for your use that is the first door on the other side of the hall and sometimes shared with 1 other room. -You may use the microwave, sink, utensils and table in the kitchen but you have to work around us when we are using them. Please rinse used utensils and put them in the dishwasher after you have used them. We will wash them later. -You can use the refrigerator in the garage. -Bath is across hall behind the first door on the right. -We have some flexibility for check in/check out times. Just message us ahead of time. -Please leave room around the mail box for the mail truck between 2 P.M. and 6 P.M. -Please note, our home is not suitable for children. You may contact us if you'd like to discuss this. -Landlord is not responsible for power shutoffs. -A second bedroom may be available for a reduced fee on that bedroom. -I Phone users get bad directions. Make sure you park in front and come to the font door. There are stars on the house. -The City of Grand Prairie has assigned the code of STR23-00105. Guest access Bedroom, front living room, bathroom, dresser drawers. Kitchen when we are not using it. No access to other bedrooms. Bathroom is often shared if other guest room is booked. During your stay We like to give you your space but are available to help you when needed. Other things to note -Please rinse your dishes after use and put them is the dishwasher, unless it is loaded with clean dishes, if so just leave them on the counter. - Please leave muddy shoes by the door. If muddy/wet shoes are tracked in on floor we ask you clean it up. - Pets are not allowed. -Quiet hours between about 10 pm and 6 am (feel fee to use the shower any time). -There are two cats on the premises but almost always avoid strangers. -We can answer any questions you may have. -Please don't park within 15 feet of the mailbox between 2 P.M. and 6 P.M. -There is a refrigerator in the garage that is available for your use. -You may use the kitchen table, microwave and any utensils. -We have some flexibility for check in/check out times.
