The 110 square meters apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with everything needed - your home away from home. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and are very spacious. One of the rooms has an extra sofa that opens to a comfortable double bed. There's an amazing balcony overseeing the grove. The balcony is equipped with a hot-tub, hammock, seating area and dining table and allows our guests to relax and enjoy the fresh air of the Carmel mountain. Guest access Entire place yours during your stay. Note: when the apartment is booked for 2 guests or less, only one of the two bedroom may be accessible. Other things to note It is important to know about the shelter/dimension - the apartment is renovated but the building is old and there is no shelter or dimension in the apartment itself, but the Carmelit station in the center of Carmel (the Haifa subway) whose entrance is right next to the building (about 50 meters from the building) serves as a shelter in case of emergency. It is open and ready to receive the neighborhood residents. There is a 10-minute notice and it is not a problem to get there easily within one minute. - Smoking inside the property is forbidden (only outside on the balcony). - No noise or loud music allowed after 11:00 PM. Parties are not allowed. - The apartment is on the second floor. Guests must climb stairs. No elevator or wheelchair access. - Please note: As part of the check-in process, foreign travelers (non-Israeli residents) will be required to provide a photo of their passport. Only one passport is required, from the person who made the reservation.
