What potentially some of our guests don’t love that much about our listing: ⁃ Being in the heart of downtown and close to transit access points, although handy does mean the traffic that runs by it might disturb some light sleepers. ⁃ The apartment does not offer AC and can get hot during the summer months but fans are provided and leaving the windows open helps create a nice breeze! - We have set up a portable AC for the hot summer months to help ease the heat. (** Please note this it will only be available June-September**) Guest access You have full and total access to the condo during your visit. Stay in and cuddle up on the couch and enjoy complimentary Disney+ or explore Edmontons River Valley right at your door step! Or hop in an Uber to Rogers arena to catch a game or concert. Located in Edmontons Ice District with many unique and local restaurants! Other things to note Please note additional guest fee apply after 2 guests. It is the responsibility of the guest to throughly read through the listing and amenities before booking. Booking means you accept the terms and conditions of staying in this home. (Refunds will not be offered for anything that is stated in the listing) Self check-in. Easily check yourself in with a virtual link at the front entrance and into the unit itself with our electronic lock on the front door of the condo unit. Parking - Covered parking is available with a fob provided. **Please note if lost or forgotten this is a charge of $100 to replace** ***Any violation of the house rules may be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation and removal from the property from Benaiah Security Ltd without a refund*** Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
