Château de Parançay - 15-person lodge

Le Château de Parançay is a lodge and retreat centre located on the side of a small village, in restful and calm surroundings. With 8 rooms it can welcome up to 15 people. This mansion in local style dates back from the 19th century and has been fully renovated in 2022 with ecological and quality materials. It is made of the lodge and the adjacent owners house. You will be able to enjoy the large courtyard with the chicken, dog and cats, and your own private garden with a barbecue. The space In the lodge, you will be able to enjoy: • Large and welcoming living room with a lounge side (4 sofas, 2 armchairs, pellet stove) and a dining side (2 large farm tables, 15 seats) • New and fully furnished kitchen • 8 bedrooms with new beddings made in local wool : 1 accessible room (2 single beds), 4 rooms with queen size beds, 3 rooms with 2 single beds • 1 accessible bathroom adjacent the accessible bedroom, 2 upstairs bathroom + 2 restrooms, 1 accessible restroom downstairs • Large game / meditation rooms in the attic With, at your disposal outside: • 1000 sq yards / 900 m² collective courtyard with a medieval entrance gatehouse dating back from the 16th century and hundreds of years old horse chestnut tree • Parking spots and electric car charging point • 120 sq yards / 100 m² private garden for the lodge The cleaning at the end of the stay is included. All bed linens + bath towels are included and the beds are made at your arrival. You will also find a welcoming basket of local products. Heating is included in winter.
