Location! Close to the beaches/DT Cape Coral

Friendly. The space Just under 1,700 sq ft on an oversized fenced in corner lot with plenty of parking. House is a split 3 bedroom/2 Bath open floor plan house. location is key as mentioned in the listing description. You will often see people walking dogs and biking in the area. Also, a couple blocks away is a boat rental company. You can pick up people at the hosts house with the pool/spa/dock steps away. Guest access Only you and your guests have access to the entire house. Our pool/spa steps across the street is a million dollar view if you wish to use on the inter-coastal waterway(Caloosahatchee River)which is shared with us relaxing hosts. We are relaxing people and do our own thing. We do have a 70 lb Golden Doodle who likes to hang with you sometimes. We have a grill/fridge and bathroom just inside the door to use as well. Other things to note The eye of hurricane Ian went over our house and we have just a couple small things to finish outside if not already done. This will be non-intrusive to your stay.
