The space With a modern and very bright style, this apartment located on the 2nd floor of the residential, consists of a main ensuite bedroom with a king sized bed, a Guest Room with a Queen sized and the living room with a foldable sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 5 people perfectly. It has a full kitchen and a very well decorated and integrated living room with the dining room. The space is completed with a private balcony with furniture that overlooks the swimming pool The unit has everything you need for a vacation stay, including furniture, bedding, bath and pool towels, appliances and internet included. Guest access The whole apartment is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool is shared. You will access to the residential through a security checkpoint available 24-7. Other things to note - Taxi: Price: 40 US$ From or To the Airport - Towels-Bed linen-Wifi: included in the booking. All the towels and sheets are new. We will check the state of it during the check out. Stained towels or bedsheets will be charged. - Chef: 150 USD extra per day (groceries not included). Needs to be requested in advance - Electricity is charged at 20pesos/unit (kwh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one during the check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
