The 3rd BR is the master with 3 luxurious queen beds as well as an attached master bath and closet! Get a good night's rest in the 4th private BR that includes a spacious king bed and 4k TV! The 5th private BR has a single queen bed as well as a 4k TV to catch up on the morning news with! Lastly, the 6th BR features 2 oh so comfy full beds to accommodate multiple guests and a TV for your entertainment! Take advantage of our decked out backyard and grab your friends and family to enjoy the provided HOT TUB and fire pit! With plenty of seating, you can have a great time enjoying the outdoors with your group! Serve up your lunch on the outdoor patios and have a picnic or play a fun game of corn hole while soaking up the sun! All spaces on the property are accessible except from the supply closet in upstairs corridor. Please don't go into any of the areas with utilities or the attic as you or your guests will be responsible for any damages or injuries. If you have any trash please put in the trash bin that is located on the side yard behind the house. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night! Business travelers can quickly hop over to any offices in Downtown or Uptown. Are you going with a group of friends or co-workers to a convention? Give everyone a bed, we have plenty of space and offer discounts for weekly bookings. Going to a concert at the Bomb Factory or American Airlines Center? Why drive home when you can keep the party going here! Traveling nurses, patients, or stewardess will also find our location super convenient since we are just south of Lovechild Airport and the Medical District. Lastly, our neighborhood is one of the fastest-growing in Dallas. Trinity groves has everything from fast-casual restaurants, to vegan smoothie bars, to BBQ joints. And don't forget to take some pictures on the Margret Hunt Hill bridge with the Dallas skyline as your backdrop. Dallas is a car orientated city so we highly recommend taking advantage of ride share apps like Uber or Lyft to get around! Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less. If you prefer driving yourself, we recommend getting a rental car to explore all the city has to offer. Please note that although you're welcome to be in the back yard, noise carries. During weekdays we ask that all events are brought inside by 10:00 pm and midnight on Weekends. Since we have fireplace past our outdoor curfew but please refrain from playing music or speaking loudly. If our neighbor calls the police or us about a noise issue then it will be a $200 charge. When guests follow the rules regarding the backyard hours we never have issues with noise complaints so please follow the hours provided to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
