Enjoy the beauties of Itanhaém in this cozy house very well located in Cibratel, perfect for your family! 15 minutes (walking) from the waterfront or 5 minutes (by car), close to Atacadão and the city's bus station. The house is also close to the incredible waterfront such as Balneário da Praia dos Sonhos, Beaux Artes, Praia das Conchas and with entertainment options such as boating, hiking and more! Comporta 7 people comfortably, but we have extra mattresses available for up to 12 people. The space House with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (indoor and outdoor), living room, kitchen equipped with basic utensils and condiments, garage for 2 cars and a great patio with pool for socializing. Kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender and mixer. Protection screens on all windows and security alarm available. Other things to note The gourmet area and leisure area are in the final stages of construction, but the pool is already ready and available for use.
