During the summer, access to a large pool, sun deck and barbecue. The space The guest house is newly-renovated in 2022 with new fresh surfaces, new kitchen and new furniture. Fully equipped and bed linens and towels are included. Close to E4 and the Tornby shopping area and good public transport. Bus lines depart within 50 meters from the property with 15-20 minutes to Mjärdevi, the University, and Linköping Center. In the immediate area there is a grocery store, petrol station, restaurants, swimming pool and gym. Guest access Private guest house with all the amenities. Sauna is available to use. During nice summer days there is a large sun deck with sun chairs, sofa and pool. Other things to note The property has a residential building where our family lives, as well as 2 rental houses (this guest house and an attic house). The pool can therefore occasionally be shared with another guest.
