Come have an amazing stay in Borger, TX at our spacious, stylish “Casa de Colores”. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished home which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms. Our modern, clean and cozy interior is a great place where you can rest and cook yourself a nice meal to share with your friends. If you prefer the outdoors, you can also relax and enjoy the panhandle weather by the fire pit in the spacious backyard. The space We equipped this house with a fresh, contemporary vibe so you can truly feel like at home. Comfortable beds, fresh-clean linens, closets in each room, HD TVs, spacious Livingroom, free wifi access, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, keurig (cofee station), airfryer, and a spacious laundry room with free washer and dryer access. You will have lots of free parking options, such as the attached garage, in/off the street and backyard-designated parking space. We will provide you with cleaning and washing supplies, as well as basic essentials to cover for the beginning of your stay. This house is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the refineries. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from Lake Meredith, and 45 minutes from Amarillo. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and shops. You can also enjoy the panhandle weather by the fire pit while you watch your kids play at the Keith/Elmore playground, which is at a visibly/walking distance from our backyard. This home has everything you need to have a great stay in Borger! Guest access Self check-in. Guests have the entire house to themselves. For yours and our home's safety please note there are security cameras in use in the outside areas only. No parties. No smoking inside the house. No pets. No carbon black attire inside the home. Other things to note It is known that when a guest books an Airbnb stay, he or she has to pay a certain amount of taxes. These taxes can include state, and local taxes (depending on which city the Airbnb is located at and its local rules). Per the City of Borger, Airbnb hosts are required to collect local taxes on all short-term rentals. Borger's local taxes entail a Hotel Occupancy Tax of 7% and a Dome venue tax of 2% per stay, for a total of 9% local tax. To take care of those local taxes and to make your bookings more simple, we have opted to include those tax amounts ( 7%+2% for a total of 9%) in the already advertised nighty rate and we will manually pay the local taxes monthly to the city of Borger ourselves. We have been advised to inform our guests on how we are going to handle and pay the local portion of taxes. Please note that Airbnb will still charge you for the State Hotel Occupancy Tax during checkout.
