Our duplex house is 7 minutes drive to Regina Rica and Camp Capinpin Airfield Tanay. It is a few minutes walk away to restaurants, 7-Eleven, ATM, churches, groceries, market, jeepney terminal . It has a modern, spacious bathroom, a private terrace, shared garden and big patio. Gated premises, free parking for 2 cars. It is a duplex house located in a residential area, in a relatively safe neighborhood. Few steps to chapel, convenient stores.
