Beautiful modern home in the heart of North Park. A perfect quiet oasis to retreat to during your stay, with amenities that exceed even the nicest hotels in San Diego. The space Great location, but you may never want to leave the house! The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor with city and park views, contains an adjustable Amerisleep tempurpedic king-size bed, black-out blinds, steam room, and soaking tub. House contains multiple rotating flat panel TVs and ceiling speakers throughout. Incredible restaurants within walking distance. Located in the heart of North Park, this space is close to the Zoo, walking distance to dozens of unique restaurants, and nearby to Hillcrest and downtown (~$5-$12 uber ride). The house is a modern urban oasis - equipped with dimmable mood lighting, Sonos equipped in ceiling speakers and surround sound), great lounging nooks, and a master bathroom you'll never want to leave. The 3rd floor contains a combined shower/steam room that fits up to four adults comfortably, a soaking tub for two, an outdoor sun deck (gas fire pit for evening lounging and misting system for hot days), and a tempurpedic king-size bed. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are located on the 2nd level, and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (shower equipped) resides on the entry level. That being said we absolutely love interacting with guests and sharing our favorite restaurants and secret spots around town (if the guests are interested, of course!). North Park has a vibrant bar and restaurant seen, along with some great boutique shopping. We absolutely love eating breakfast/lunch at "The Mission" just a few blocks from the house. "Carnitas Shack" is just one block from the house. Don't let the storefront fool you - this little place brings in foodies from all over the world.
