This beachside top-floor corner condo offers comfortable elegance along with breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean, bay and sunset views from its 3 furnished balconies, living areas and bedrooms. The floor to ceiling glass doors allows you to revel in the ocean breezes and soothing sounds of the whitewater rolling surf. Golf, tennis, pools, dining, & more surround you. This remodeled, designer inspired pristine home has whitewashed, porcelain tile floors, throughout the home. The living areas are beautifully furnished with a wall-mounted 55” high definition television, a dining table that seats six (6) with additional seating at the island counter. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry and quartz countertops is a culinary delight. The three beautifully appointed bedrooms with wall-mounted 50” televisions, each have ensuite or adjoining renovated, freshly stocked bathrooms. ABOUT ARIEL DUNES 1 CONDOS & SURROUNDING AREA: Ariel Dunes 1 condo building is located in the sprawling Seascape Beach Resort. Ariel Dunes 1 is a 24 story tower that has two huge pools that total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas. One large pool is heated during the cool months. There is also a newly renovated gym. The Cabana Cafe Restaurant, located pool-side on the ground level of Ariel Dunes 1, offers a full service bar and restaurant and even provides room service! So whether you're looking for a pool-side refreshment or snack, or want dinner delivered to you, the convenience of the Cabana Cafe cannot be matched! The Seascape Resort has convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, an affordable championship golf course, eight tennis courts, basketball and pickle ball courts, several fresh water dune lakes, beach service, water sport rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons.
