Sunni Eyre is an excellent place to unwind in total comfort whether it's a family holiday or a couple's getaway. Our home is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a large, partly enclosed outdoor entertaining area. We provide the basic amenities and all the comforts of a holiday home. We have an excellent location in the centre of town just a minute walk from the local coffee shop, pub and main street shopping precinct. The space Our house has a master suite which includes a queen bed, a walk-in robe and ensuite at one end of the house. It features a generous open plan living area with a kitchen and dining including a walk-in pantry stocked with tea, coffee and basic breakfast spreads. The second bedroom room includes a queen bed and third bedroom with two singles. Both these rooms are at the northern end of the house along with the main bathroom, powder room and toilet. The house also includes a fully functioning laundry. The front of the house has a large partly enclosed deck with a BBQ and ample room for entertaining. Out the back of the house is a private backyard with a neat garden and clothesline. Guest access As a guest at Sunni Eyre, you will have the entire house and yard to yourselves.
