3fortyone is a quality purpose built guest wing attached to our new home. We are enviably situated in peaceful surrounding farmland but only 9 km to Hamilton CBD making sightseeing, cafes and restaurants easily accessible. You’ll love all the attention to detail in this stylish home. The space Our home was built in late 2019. The separate guest wing has its own access with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 in total. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom & walk-in robe. The second room has a queen sized bed; the third room has two single beds. There is a larger bathroom shared by the other two rooms. The guest lounge & rooms are comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 6 guests. Your hosts live within the same house but in separate spaces with a locked door between. Once your dates are booked you will not share the space with other guests 3fortyone is ideal for those travelling for work, it is a quiet retreat at the end of the day with more space and comfort than many motels or hotels nearby. There is a wonderful north facing deck overlooking mature trees & farmland to enjoy your summer alfresco breakfast or drinks. Guest access The guest wing has its own access to 3 bedrooms, a guest lounge, a family sized bathroom & separate toilet. There is access to the deck and outdoor living area from the guest lounge. During your stay You will have independent access to your guest suite. Your hosts are on site and can be reached by text if you need anything Other things to note 3fortyone is the home of The Good Batch which operates out of our registered home kitchen. Sue bakes and sends all over NZ for customers to gift or enjoy. You can be sure; you will be welcomed with some delicious baking to enjoy! We will provide you with a complimentary continental breakfast featuring homemade muesli, fruit & yoghurt. Our welcome platter will be an opportunity to taste the very locally made, award winning Meyer Gouda cheese. There are supplies provided to make tea & coffee.
