It is something that is beyond our control, it has never happened with guests on site, but it is important that they know this information. If it occurs, we do not make any cancellations or refunds for that reason. We are not responsible for lack of water, power outage or Internet, or any external problem that does not involve the host's ability to solve it. When the problem is external, it is an accommodation like any other, a house like yours that depends on municipal companies or providers of such service (Water/sewage – SABESP, ELECTRICITY – ELECTRO, INTERNET – VIVO and other services). Such companies work with the distribution of these items; if there is any unforeseen event, we are responsible for trying to minimize it, not solve it, until the company solves the problem. WE DO NOT CANCEL RESERVATIONS FOR EXTERNAL REASONS.
