Cozy 7 bedroom Lodge

A spacious lodge complete with a full kitchen, dining room, 7 dorm-style bedrooms, and a comfortable lounge area centered around a warm wood-burning fireplace. The "Koinonia" is nestled between two bluffs which form a beautiful 600-acre private valley full of diverse wildlife. The property also features miles of hiking trails, some of which lead to gorgeous bluff-top views of the valley. This lodge can sleep up to 41 people! The space This lodge is perfect for family reunions, birthday weekends, or any gathering you are looking to put together. The lodge has two floors. Guests enter from the parking lot into the top floor, where there is one bedroom, a lounge area with comfortable furniture and a wood burning fireplace, a large kitchen and dining room, a half-bath, and two separate decks which offer terrific views of a nearby stream and our horse stable. The bottom floor has a long hallway which connects 6 bedrooms, each of which has a private shower and toilet. There is also a laundry room on the bottom floor. Bedrooms all have 3 bunk beds with twin sized mattresses. Guest access Most parts of the property are free to be visited; however, there are some spaces that guests are not allowed to enter. These include goat prairies, horse pastures, stables, maintenance sheds, and other guests living spaces. Other things to note Guests are also welcome to enjoy a large array of activities during their stay. These include: 5+ miles of hiking trails, 2 grade-A trout streams, Frisbee Disc Golf course, Mountain Biking, a Sauna, 25+ on-site campfire rings, stargazing, Bird watching, and creek stomping. Guests will be provided with a list of our "Anytime Activities" upon arrival.
