Brand new cottage with a covered heated swimming pool for up to 7 people, 400m from the dam in Orlík - Červená nad Vltavou The cottage has its own fenced garden, outdoor covered heated swimming pool (3x4m), grassy playground with goals (5x20m), sandpit, slide and climbing frames for children, outdoor grill and covered seating. THE POOL IS IN OPERATION (from the beginning of April to mid-October) The space It is a ground floor cottage with a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed (can be used as an extra bed for 1 person), an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, etc.), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a toilet 1 bedroom with double bed (can be split) + cot 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed Bed linen is available, towels are provided by guests. Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The cottage is heated centrally by a wood fireplace in the living room. Wood is available in sufficient quantities. The cottage is on the ground floor, the fireplace will easily heat the entire building even in the winter months. Electric heaters are also available. Parking right next to the house on a fenced plot. Self-catering, or in one of the restaurants (nearest approx. 300m). WiFi is available in the house. There is also a lockable bicycle shed in the garden. Other things to note The cottage is about 20m from the other, completely identical cottage. The cottages are separated by a high wooden fence to maintain complete privacy. Each cottage has its own fenced garden, outdoor heated swimming pool (3x4m), grassy playground with goals (5x20m), sandpit, slide and climbing frames for children, outdoor grill, covered seating. For larger groups, there is a common large grassy playground for volleyball, football or lazy tennis (10x30m), a trampoline, a sandpit and a larger set of play elements for children.
