Brand new chalet with a roofed heated pool for up to 7 people, 400m from the dam in Orlík - Červená nad Vltavou The cottage has its own fenced garden, an outdoor roofed heated pool (3x4m), a grassy playground with gates (5x20m), a sandbox, a slide and halls for children, an outdoor grill and a covered seating area. The pool is open from April to October. It's heated only in the summer months of July and August. In the off-season, heating can be arranged for an additional fee. The space This is a ground-floor cottage featuring a living area with a fireplace and a sofa bed (can be used as an extra bed for 1 person), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, etc.), and a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a toilet. 1 bedroom with double bed (can be split) + crib 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed Sheets are provided, towels will be brought by guests. Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The cottage is heated centrally by a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Wood is provided in sufficient quantity. The cottage is ground-floor, the fireplace will easily heat the entire property even in the winter months. There are also electric heaters. Parking right next to the house on a fenced property. Own food, or in one of the restaurants (nearest about 300m). WiFi is available in the house. There is also a lockable bike port in the backyard. The pool is open from April to October. Other things to note The cottage is about 20m from the other, absolutely identical cottage. The cottages are separated by a high wooden fence to maintain complete privacy.
