This amazing accommodation guarantees fun with the whole family or for a group of friends. Our apartment is fully equipped and perfect to stay a few days by the sea. It has a unique location - close to the beach, the city center of Ostend, the station, the shopping street and the nightlife area. After a day exploring Ostend, you can enjoy the peace in the private south-facing garden. The space The accommodation is not professionally rented but is a personal vacation home with lots of authentic items and unique design. There is a spacious living room (> 30m²) with a large smart TV, two large sofa beds and a large dining table with 8 trendy chairs. Each sofa bed can be used as a large bed (1m40). The smart TV (55") includes an integrated Chromecast that allows you to watch internet TV, but other video services such as Netflix, Kodi, Disney, etc. are also available. There is also a large collection of movies and TV shows available on a USB stick. From the living room, there is access to the richly equipped kitchen with all the necessary supplies to prepare a delicious breakfast or lunch. There is a fridge with freezer, four cooking fires, oven, Senseo coffee maker, microwave oven and toaster. In the first bedroom, there is a large bunk bed available that can be used by both children and adults. There is a private sink in this room. The master bedroom contains a double bed with plenty of closet space and a large desk. There is direct access to the garden which contains a large garden table with 6 chairs. The sun-drenched garden with terrace is the signboard of the accommodation, the beautifully decorated garden brings you to an oasis of peace in the middle of bustling Ostend. Finally, there is a spacious bathroom with two sinks, a second toilet and a large bath. Everywhere in the apartment and in the garden there is fast, wireless internet. Our own beach and baby supplies available in the apartment may be used, as well as the board games are available for a fun game night. Guest access Access to the entire apartment, access to the garden/terrace is prohibited from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. to prevent noise nuisance for the neighbors. Other things to note Respect the apartment, neighbors and surrounding area. Do not play loud music and avoid any noise pollution. Be kind, cheerful and sympathetic to neighbors. No BBQ on the terrace/garden to prevent fire. No access after 10 p.m. on the terrace to avoid noise pollution.
