The space You enter the home up three steps leading to the front porch with the propane BBQ and seating to enjoy the panoramic views of the Bay and its abundant wildlife. On the main level of the home, you find the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bath, game room, and living area. Straight ahead of the entrance you find how the house got its name a center island in the shape of the bow of a boat, matching the home’s nautical theme, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. To the right of the kitchen is a spacious game room with open ceilings and plenty of room for entertaining. The room has a large, flat-screen TV, a Fussball table, and Shuffleboard. The game room also has the main access to the expansive back deck with outdoor lighting, a spa, and plenty of room for you and your guests. Walking back through the game room toward the kitchen and taking a right to walk through it, you find the full bathroom and the two lower-level bedrooms. On the right, you find the bedroom with a queen bed and access to the back deck with the spa and views of the Dunes. To the Left, you find a room with two smaller twin beds and views of the dunes. Walking back to the living room and taking a right, you walk through the living area with a large, propane fireplace. Continuing through and up the stairs, you find the upper level. From the landing, you have the 3rd bedroom on your right with a queen bed and views out to another deck overlooking the Bay. To the left of the landing is the 2nd full bathroom right before the 4th bedroom with a king bed, another deck, and views overlooking Bodega Dunes State Park and the ocean beyond. Guest access There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental. Other things to note This is not a pet-friendly home.
