The apartment itself it's located on the ground floor, south facing . You will get the sun all day! The building also includes a gym, a swimming pool, a lobby and an events room; all of them overlooking the ocean. I'm sorry Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are temporary closed hopefully it will open soon.
