Newly renovated 2 storey townhouse, used to be an art & science learning house for kids (you will see the sign board in front of the house, as shown). This 30 year old house is located on canal road and surrounded by the convenient shop, Thai restaurants, cake and coffee shop. And also near major tourist attractions in Chiang Mai and easy to travel. As it is the community of seniors, therefore, this place is quiet and suitable for guests and tourists who prefer tranquility. The space The design of KSCAPE Townhouse is inspired by a free and open layout, with minimal use of walls and partitions to create a spacious, relaxing atmosphere — just like your own dream home. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Located near Wat Jed Yod, Huay Kaew Road, Nimmanahaemin Road, MAYA Shopping Center, Malin Plaza, and Chiang Mai Zoo, the property offers both convenience and comfort for your stay. Other things to note House Rules Please read the house rules and regulations before making a booking and kindly follow them strictly. Internet Connection Connect to Wi-Fi by looking for the username that includes the word “KSCAPE”. The password is the host’s phone number. If you cannot access the internet, please turn off the router for 1–5 minutes, then turn it back on and wait another 3 minutes. If it still doesn’t work, please let me know. I will contact the service provider, but please note it may take at least 1 day to resolve. The router is located on the mezzanine wall upstairs. Insects Thailand’s warm and humid climate can sometimes cause insects to enter from outside, especially during certain seasons. Even though we provide regular pest control services (including underground pipe treatment), insects may occasionally appear. Thank you for your understanding. Sewage / Odor As this house is over 50 years old, the sewage system is still connected to the public line of the housing project. At times, there may be an unpleasant odor in the bathrooms. We have already consulted with engineers — a permanent fix would require a full reconstruction of the system, which is not possible at this stage. However, we do regular maintenance to help reduce the issue as much as possible. We sincerely apologize for these inconveniences and truly appreciate your understanding.
