Originally on a vineyard located on a private lot with no neighbors, the cottage provides a quiet a relaxing destination. It is in the heart of the Sawangunk wine trail nested between the mountains and Hudson River, about 1h30 North of NYC. You can entertain in the private backyard surrounded by nature. Lots of room and perfect for one or two couples or a family who would like to come upstate to tour wineries/orchard, go on nearby hikes, restaurants or visit Beacon. The space Originally built as a winery house, on a 3 building estate : main house, cottage & garage. The property is located on 8 acres with a river, private forest trails & meadows. The cottage offers one large master bedroom and a vast common space area. It has large windows overlooking the property with beautiful meadow views. Its designed is inspired by the winery and offers some Italian cottage vibes. The first floor includes the bathroom, kitchen & dining area. The upstairs includes couch, TV, extra large closets, queen bed, futon bed with 10" spring mattress. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor grill & firepit, loads of coffee, linens & towels, bath products, wifi, work desk area, board games, picnic basket, and an internet/Netflix enabled TV. Please be respectful of our house and belongings. A lot of effort has been made into making this space as it is! We hope to share it with you again and for many years. Enjoy your stay! Guest access The cottage has (2) private parking on the left & right of the vintage wine press (You will see what I mean). The private road and driveway (1500ft) to the house is not paved, which means it requires to drive slowly and carefully [less than 20mph]. Make left prior the main house & the cottage will be at the end of the driveway. The door & lockbox are on the right side of the building. Other things to note House is equipped with brand new smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, flash lights.
