Recently renovated. 10 minutes from town, Island Brae Golf club, sitting on 0.64 acres with 112 feet of sandy beach. This 2bd has all of the essentials, BBQ, firepit, paddleboards, kayaks, paddleboat, snowshoes & seasonal hottub. Brand new beds & décor, enjoy a serene escape into natural beauty. The space Each cottage comes equipped with a full kitchen, coffee maker, hair dryer, wifi and your own BBQ and firepit. This cottage has two bedrooms Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: One Double beds Living room has one pull out couch (double size) Can comfortably host 4 people tight squeeze for 6. We have 3 cottages on site that share 132 ft of our own private sandy beach. Guests have complimentary access to the firepit, dock, use of paddleboards, floaties and other games/activities. Forest trails are right across the street. Shops, restaurants are only 10 mins away. Backing onto the Algonquin trail line, minutes from mountain hikes, rapids and other trails to explore. Bought and fully renovated in 2021. All brand new furniture and many updates have been done to the property. I'll continue to improve the cottages. Work is never done during your stay, but you may note that some finishing touches have yet to be done. Guest access You have full access and use of your cottage and designated beach area. There is a $50 pet fee. Guest capacity is non negotiable. I am on a sensitive septic system and can not exceed the capacity listed. Additional guests on site will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay and there will be no refunds. You will also be required to provide a valid form of identification, license is preferred. I will send a reservation agreement which also secures a damage deposit. It will be fully refunded at check out as long as the cottage is left clean and without damages. I do not charge a cleaning fee, if the cottage is not returned in the condition and state it was given to you, you will lose your deposit and may face other fines/fees.
