The Jefferson Park Blue Line is a 15 min bus ride. -Beautiful hiking/biking trail nearby -Close to major highways (94, 294, etc) -Downtown Chicago: 12 miles away -O’hare airport, Rosemont, All-State Arena: 3 miles away -Advocate Lutheran Hospital: 5 miles away -Amita Resurrection Health Center: 1.4 miles away Also, only one guest allowed per room. No exceptions! All guests will be asked to leave if multiple guests are present. The space This room is in a unit with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. So, essentially, you’ll have 2 roommates. This room is a simple, large room with huge windows and plenty of sunlight!There is a full sized bed, desk, chair, and dresser. The kitchen has a beautiful island with plenty of space to eat and hang out! It is shared with the basement and 1st floor guests (max: 5 people). The bathroom is shared with 2 other guests on the 1st floor only. Please note: my cleaners use scented detergents to wash your bedsheets and also scented cleaning solutions to clean your room and the unit. Guest access All common areas are shared including the living room, kitchen, backyard, bathroom, etc. During your stay Message me and I’ll get back to you within the hour! Other things to note For parking, you can park on Devon Ave but keep in mind it is a big street. You can park on smaller streets like Natoma or Neenah but my favorite method is to park on Highland Ave and walk over to my place through the alley. ***Please make sure to keep your keys on you at all times. If you lock yourself out, it’ll be a $50 charge to get someone out to open the door for you.***
