The smallest of the rooms consists of two single beds. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and a small single bed. *Bedroom 3 & 4 consists of double beds, and one room has an on suite bathroom. Guest access Entire house and garden. Other things to note A unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams. PLEASE NOTE: When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.
