Rustlers Retreat - Port Lincoln South Australia

Our home is set on a an acre in beautiful Rustlers Gully, overlooking Boston Bay, this home will accomodate a large family or two. The yard is fully fenced, providing a secure area. There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town. The space Our home comprises four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, outdoor patio with small enclosed yard as well as large lawned fully fenced backyard. The bedding consists of master bedroom with ensuite. The second and third bedroom can both be configured as king beds or twin singles and have built in robes. The fourth bedroom has a single bed with trundle. Main bathroom has bathtub. Two portacots with bedding are available on request for infants. Guest access Rooms are available in accordance with booked guest numbers only. Other things to note Pets are welcome. We do not encourage pets in the house, however if you are inclined to bring small dogs into the house we request that they are supervised at all times, and not left in the house when you are out. No large dogs in the house. Any pet staining, or damage will incur an extra cost. A dog kennel is provided for your larger dogs comfort. You will need to provide your dogs own bedding and dogs must not be allowed to use bedding provided for guests. (this is a health and safety issue as pet hair can be extremely difficult to remove from bedding and may be an issue for subsequent guests who have allergies)
