With a spectacular sea view and surrounded by the trees of Mermejita Mountain, Casita Sepia is one of two independent casitas in our house: La Extraviada. It's located only five walking minutes away from the calm and majestic Mermejita beach and 15 minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants. The space A contemporary architectural design in harmony with its natural surroundings, and beautifully decorated spaces with all the details, will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Casita Sepia has three levels. On the ground floor is the common space, with a living room, a dining room for four people, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with an outdoor shower with hot water. This space opens to a private patio with a hammock. The living room has two sofas that the guests can set up as single beds for two people. An exterior staircase leads to the second floor, where the bedroom with a spectacular sea view is located. It has a king size bed and a bathroom with hot water. The external staircase continues to the third floor, where there is a terrace with panoramic views of Mermejita beach, a shaded space and two hammocks. The terrace is connected with a bridge to a private freshwater plunge pool. All interior spaces have a ceiling and a floor fan and mosquito nets on all doors and windows with wooden shutters. La Casita has a parking space and an independent entrance. NOTE FOR REMOTE WORKING TRAVELERS: We know that in these times, many travelers are looking for a place to continue their work remotely. In Mazunte is common to have signal problems and is often saturated and/or completely lost (sometimes for the entire day), so we think it’s important to say that although the signal at the Casita usually works without a problem and that we will always do our best to make it work, it’s something that doesn’t depend on us so we can’t guarantee that the signal will be good during your stay.
