Our relaxing Airbnb is located on the bus line, 15 min drive from Uptown & the airport, we are located in a quiet, safe residential area. Complimentary self-serve breakfast with cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and tea. Enjoy 1GB Fiber Optic internet, a dedicated workspace in your room & wireless printer. Nearby hospitals, malls, grocery, parks, & dining. Quick access to Interstates I-77, I-85 & 485. Please note, other guests may be staying in separate rooms during your visit. Your perfect stay awaits. The space Please note, other guests may be staying in the upstairs rooms during your visit, but all rooms are limited to one guest only for maximum privacy. If additional rooms are being rented upstairs during your stay, those guests will share the full bathroom upstairs. This bedroom is one of three guest bedrooms located upstairs and includes a Full size bed, mini refrigerator, a full-size dresser, spacious closet, work desk, and a 50" Smart TV with a guest Netflix account included and a DVD player. (Other streaming subscriptions are also accessible). An air purifier, steamer, iron, and ironing board are all available if needed. All rooms are equipped with smart locks or key locks and "Alexa" Echo devices and a dedicated work area with 1GB of Fiber Optic Internet throughout the entire house. Privacy solar screens are installed on all windows. Jacuzzi & Firepit Note: The Jacuzzi and firepit are weather-dependent and may occasionally be unavailable due to routine water changes or maintenance. While we do our best to keep everything ready for your enjoyment, availability for usage of the fire pit or the jacuzzi isn’t guaranteed at check-in or during your stay, and guests agree the host can’t be held responsible for temporary downtime. Guest access Guests may share the home with the host and occasionally other Airbnb guests if additional rooms are occupied. During their stay, guests will have exclusive access to the upstairs living area, which features a 65” smart TV, DVD player, Wii, PlayStation, Xbox gaming systems, treadmill, yoga mat, and 5 lb dumbbells. Guests also have full access to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, the upstairs kitchenette, and a spacious patio deck equipped with jacuzzi, charcoal & gas grills, two fire pits, and two bicycles. The host maintains a private room on the property, which he occasionally occupies when in town. The downstairs kitchen, living room, and garage are reserved for the host’s exclusive use. During your stay I live on the property and love socializing with my guests, if desired. I also love traveling myself, so there are times that I’m away. However, I am always just a phone call away if you ever need any assistance. Other things to note Important Note: As your host, I want to be transparent that, due to severe, documented medical reasons, I am unable to accommodate pets or service animals at this property. Airbnb has granted an exemption for this listing, which this is stated in our house description and in our house rules. I kindly ask all guests to respect this policy. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, a substantial cleaning fee, and a request to vacate the property.
