LT APT in Junction Triangle, walk to UP Express

Welcome to your safe and quiet sanctuary as you explore Toronto! You’ll have access to the entire basement apartment that is cozy and functional. You’ll enjoy the space if you’re: 1. A solo guest or couple 2. Seeking a long term (28 days min) furnished stay on a budget 3. Looking to walk to subway or get downtown in 15 mins via the UP Express 4. Visiting someone in the Junction Triangle or walking to West End neighbourhoods like Bloordale or Roncesvalles 5. Needing fast wifi, a chair, and desk The space The space is cute, fresh and small; think of it as having a bedroom with a little kitchen (small sink) and bathroom (with shower) and washer dryer combo added on. Ceilings are just under 7 feet. There is a small fold-down desk/table for use when convenient (see pictures for reference) and a little space for hanging and storing clothes. Luggage can fit under bed. Basement is completely dry and air circulation is good. A family lives upstairs (separate entrance) and have laundry on the other side of the wall. There is soundproofing but you’ll hear footsteps upstairs, and a bit of sound travels through vents. There is no backyard access.
