The space An escape from the city just 45 minutes from Toronto, our private guest house sits in the peaceful surroundings of our hobby farm. Relax with the sounds of nature or have a walk around our field and enjoy views of nearby horse farms, fields and woodlands. Say hello to our friendly, free-ranging creatures – chickens, Runner ducks, barn cats and Kune kune pigs. Just 5 minutes from Tottenham or Palgrave for shopping needs (LCBO, grocery, drugstore). 15 minutes to Orangeville or Alliston for delicious restaurants and shopping. Nearby local favourite brewery, Caledon Hills, is just 5 minutes away. Hockley Valley Resort and Adamo Winery are a 15 minute drive for spa, golf and culinary experiences. The guest house has high speed internet (21 mbps) for those looking to work or stream a movie. 400 acres of mature forest conservation is at your doorstep to explore, or venture further to nearby Hockley Nature Reserve, Mono Cliffs and Albion Hills all just a short drive away. One queen bedroom with original stone wall. Upstairs, a sleeping loft with two single beds overlooks a spacious and airy living space. Access to 8 acres of farm outdoor space with free ranging animals. Free on site parking for up to 2 vehicles. Other things to note • Off-leash dog on site, friendly but barks at initial greeting • Animals are friendly but please respect their space • Location is on a quiet gravel road, snow tires are recommended in winter
