Welcome to our guest house located in this quiet neighborhood. Our goal is to help make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible. All our guests are mainly traveling professionals. After a long day out, you will enjoy coming home to a cozy Full-sized bed topped with a goose-down comforter, in a bedroom acclimatized to the perfect temperature of your liking. You may also enjoy relaxing in bed while streaming your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV or cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The space Bedroom items include: - Full-size mattress - Four pillows - Smart 55" HDTV - Digital key-less lock to bedroom - Dedicated workstation/desk/chair - USB electrical outlets next to bed - Box fan - Black out curtains - Weekly cleaning of all common - Folding Wood Bed Tray, Lap Desk with phone holder - Shoe Rack in closet - Bedroom has its own split unit air conditioner/heater so you can control the temperature to your liking. Common Areas include: - 2 Full size refrigerators in kitchen - 2 different exterior peaceful seating areas - Digital key-less lock at front entry door - Coffee Bar includes Keurig Coffee Maker, French Press Coffee Maker, and standard Drip Coffee Maker - Fully stocked kitchen - Laundry machines in unit - Weekly cleaning provided by host for common areas - Sewing Kit - Clothing Steamer Guest access Please be reminded that you are staying in a Guest House. Follow the decorative concrete pathway to the left of the main house to access the front of the guest house (you will see the address 13387 shown on the left side of the main house... directing you to the side yard where the Guest house is located). 72 hours before your arrival you will receive a message with Check-in Details. 24 hours before your arrival you will receive a message with your access key code and Wifi connection information. Other things to note - We built and designed this house thinking of every detail to make your stay wonderful. - Rest-assured that the details in each room will contribute to a very quiet peaceful place to stay. - Guest house has 4 separate bedrooms with shared common areas. - This home is located centrally in Eastvale surrounded by many new shopping and dining areas. - 15 minute drive from Ontario Airport. - 1 hour away from Los Angeles/Hollywood, Palm Springs, the beach, Mountains, and Disneyland amongst other fun attractions. - Please note that we provide most supplies, however, because of individual taste we do NOT provide coffee or laundry detergent. - This is a very quiet home, however, every Friday (for a short period of time) the landscaping crew will stop by and blow down the property. - The Spa and Pool are shared by all guests, Please note that the spa is not heated higher than the pool temp. Please note due to weather and water temp the pool and spa are closed seasonally October - April
