Rio Haus | Relaxing & Chic in Premier Villa Grande

Relax + recharge at the Russian River. Rio Haus is a beautiful luxe home beneath the redwoods. Soak under the stars in a hottub or BBQ on the deck in the private yard! Nordic touches make you feel the epitome of contentment by simple comforts - being wrapped in a blanket | good conversations | leather couches | fireplace | plush bedding Spread out btwn the home & separate cottage. Comfort meets ease with internet, Samsung frame smart TV, Sonos speakers, & Nest enabled heat & AC. TOT4353N The space The main home is rather large, with lots of spaces to lounge and nap, but it has just one bedroom with a king size bed. There is a pack and play available. The cottage is across a deck from the house; and is a one bedroom with queen bed, a daybed, and its own bathroom. There is room for bags and a small hanging area by the bed for clothes. Both bedrooms have full length mirrors. :) There are two wood burning fireplaces that may be used for experienced fire place people. Unfortunately; Sonoma County no longer allows short term rental guests to make outdoor fires. Fire Wood can be purchased on your way in on hwy 116. There are places to lounge on the deck between the main house and cottage, on the deck off of the family room and outdoor furniture. The property is fully fenced. Guest access The main home, cottage and all outdoor areas are for your use. The garage is off limits unless guests are staying for more than 1 week. Other things to note I am available for any issues from 8am until 8pm. For any emergencies such as fire etc please call 911 first and foremost. PLEASE NOTE: due to the recent rains/extreme weather Northern California experienced; a section of Moscow Road coming to the property is closed off to 1 lane for repairs. You can go through that way to the house; with caution but can also go in to the neighborhood thru Duncans Mills and weaving back down Moscow Rd into Villa Grande.
