The newly built Sunshine Apartment overlooking Lake Balaton is located in the peaceful suburb of Balatonalmádi, 2.5 km from the city center. The house, which operates as a four-star private accommodation (MA 20013389), consists of 2 separate, air-conditioned, panoramic, well-equipped apartments and a terrace. Free parking is provided for two or three cars. Sunshine Apartment1 and Sunshine Apartment2 can be booked separately. According to Hungarian law, ALL GUESTS MUST PROVE THEIR IDENTITY UPON ARRIVAL. The space Built in 2020, the 2-apartment house, which operates as a private accommodation, consists of a separate 4-6-person (70m2) and a 2-4-person (40m2) apartment, which is the perfect place for a family, friends, vacation, pastime, or even a smaller number of corporate pastimes. Description of the larger (70m2) apartment => From the spacious, bright living-dining-kitchen you can see Lake Balaton, and the directly connected 15m2 terrace is panoramic The well-equipped kitchen has a larger freezer fridge, a microwave, 4-unit hob, extractor hood, oven and a 12-person dishwasher and a kettle and toaster are available to guests In the living room there is a 2-person sofa bed. The 4m2 shower room on the ground floor has a hair dryer and a 100-liter boiler to provide hot water. The upstairs, nearly 20m2, spacious, double bedroom, desk and armchair also provide comfort for our guests. In the smaller room, also upstairs, there are 2 separate beds and a wardrobe. Description of the smaller (40m2) apartment => From the bright living-dining-kitchen you can see Lake Balaton. The kitchen is well-equipped => TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster From the living room, through the balcony door, you can reach the 15m2 terrace, where guests can enjoy a beautiful panorama and a charcoal grill. The grill is handed over in a clean, tidy condition. After use, please be kind enough to clean it! The well-equipped kitchen has a larger freezer refrigerator, a microwave, 2 single hob, a hood and a dishwasher for 8 people, and a kettle and a toaster. In the living room, you can sleep on a 2-person sofa bed. The living room opens directly to a double, friendly bedroom. (This is where the TV is placed). In the 4m2 shower room, the toilet is separated by a wall. Hot water is provided by a 100-liter boiler. Wi-Fi is free Free parking for two or three cars is provided in the private area. We will prepare a cot and high chair upon request, but please let us know in advance. We ask our guests to pay attention to reasonable and economical energy consumption during their stay. The lessor may request the subsequent reimbursement of the cost of extra use other than the normal. The two apartments can be rented separately!!! You can play ping-pong for free in the backyard.
