POOL IS UNHEATED The space House Rules – In accordance with Spanish law In accordance with current Spanish legislation, the regional regulations on Tourist Use Housing (VUT) and municipal ordinances, failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of the stay, financial penalties and, where appropriate, intervention by the authorities. 1. Guests and occupancy • The dwelling may only be occupied by the people registered in the reservation, in accordance with the traveler control regulations. • Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed, as required by regional tourism regulations. 2. Parties, events and coexistence • Parties and events are not allowed, in accordance with municipal and neighborhood coexistence regulations. • Mandatory quiet hours: from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am, in accordance with municipal noise ordinances. • Loud music, shouting, or behavior that disturbs the peace are not allowed. • Failure to comply may result in a neighborhood complaint or police action. 3. Check-in and check-out times • Check-in: after 15:00 PM. • Check-out: until 10:00 am. • Any modification must be consulted and approved in advance. 4. Use of the dwelling • No smoking inside, in accordance with the property's safety and conservation regulations. • No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. • Barbecues are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the host. • When leaving the accommodation, it is mandatory to turn off the air conditioning and lighting. • The use, possession or trafficking of illegal substances is prohibited, in accordance with Spanish law. 5. Accommodation care • The guest must use the furniture and equipment responsibly, without moving them from their location. • Do not flush towels, wet objects, or food scraps down the toilet to avoid damage to the facilities. • Any damage caused will be charged to the guest responsible. 6. Cleanliness and textiles • Dishes, pots and the kitchen must be left clean after use. • Do not wash bath towels together with pool towels. • Stained or damaged towels will be charged extra. • Take out the trash before check-out, in accordance with hygiene and health regulations. 7.
