The space This is the lower apartment of a two unit, A-frame cabin. The apartment has its own private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area, providing everything needed for a comfortable, cozy stay. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, an open closet system, and a pack n play that is available for your stay. In the kitchenette you’ll find an apartment sized fridge and dishwasher, as well as a microwave/convection oven combo and induction plate for cooking. You may choose not to cook at all, due to the variety of delicious dining spots within a short drive, though! The living space has a Roku smart TV, comfortable seating, and a Convertible King sized corduroy bean bag/floor for your additional comfortable sleeping arrangements. The living room is Perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring and shopping, or Enjoying a cup of fresh local coffee in hammock chair while the morning light streams in! The lower and upper apartments are separated by a sturdy wall in the stairwell that cannot be opened, so your stay is secure and private. The apartment has its own private entrance and reserved parking. The cabin is convenient to Lancaster city with all of its boutiques, coffee shops, and charm. A large mall is nearby, as well as many restaurants and craft breweries. It is around a 15 minute drive to several outlet shopping centers, Dutch wonderland, and a short drive to Amish country attractions. We are also convenient to Spooky Nook athletic complex, as well as the antique malls of Columbia, and outdoor attractions along the Susquehanna river, such as biking and hiking trails, tubing, kayaking, and rock climbing. There’s no shortage of things to do in any direction from this centrally located apartment. **Pet policy: We welcome well-behaved pets to join you during your stay. Please inform us if you are bringing your pet with you to the apartment. No pet should be left alone at the apartment unless they are comfortably crated! There is a $50 pet fee per stay. *Host family lives in upstairs apartment has young children, a medium sized dog, and a cat who recently adopted us. We try to keep our noise to a minimum! We keep to ourselves to allow guests to enjoy their privacy, but we are always happy to give directions to local favorite places on request, or offer assistance if needed. Guest access Guests have access to the lower apartment, with off street parking lot/drive. Guests may also enjoy the fenced in back yard.
