Welcome to our cozy and serene 2 bedroom garden suite, conveniently located on a quiet residential area in the heart of Dunbar. It is a 5 minute walk to bus stops, 10-15 minute bus or drive to UBC and downtown, and within walking distance to parks, restaurants and cafes. Our suite is great for professionals, parents of UBC students. We are a friendly family with 2 elder children. We would be delighted to host you and your family in our beautiful home. The space This home is located in a peaceful and safe characterized neighbourhood. You’ll be able take a hike in the pacific spirit park just a few blocks away. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and one bath that can comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. The bathroom is fully equipped with everyday essentials that you would find in your own home. This suite has a comfortable living room where you’ll be able to walk out to your private patio, or relax after a long day of exploring; and watch some of your favourite shows! Guest access Guests will have the entire suite to themselves with a separate entrance and keyless entry, in addition to a private outdoor patio space and free parking on the street. There are a black garbage bin, a green kitchen scrap bin and a blue recycling bin at the backyard for your trash. Other things to note Please note that the kitchen has a microwave, an air fryer and an electric cooktop (not a full stove ). Also, if your arrival is earlier than the check in or you need to check out a little later, please let me know. We will try to accommodate you as able.
