The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a ceiling fan, a large living room with two sofas and a dining table, a kitchen space and a bathroom with a shower (equipped with a washing machine). Ideal for a family or groups of friends. In total, there are 4/5 beds. Outside, it has a large covered terrace, with a 6-seater table and a clothes rack. Free private parking is also available. The apartment is surrounded by a rather quiet context whose characteristic is the exclusive terrace overlooking the sea on which you can enjoy an evocative lunch or breakfast with the only chirping of birds. It is also equipped with dishes, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Delonghi 40-liter oven with 5 cooking levels and Lavazza coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are included in the price for guests. In the residence there are sports facilities such as tennis courts, ping pong, equipped path, large green areas with paths, lagoon, marine beach and privately managed activities such as bars, restaurants, pizzeria, market, souvenir shop, laundry and marina. Two tennis courts are also available at an additional cost. Guest access The entire house will be available. In addition to the private areas of the property, guests can access all the green and brick common areas according to the condominium regulations and the instructions on site. Access to the sea is also allowed from the paths of the Costa Serena. Other things to note The beautiful islands of Caprera, Spargi, Budelli (Pink Beach), Santa Maria and La Maddalena are the splendid scenery that frames the Costa Serena and can be reached by sailboat, dinghy or organized boat trips from Palau. The island of La Maddalena and Caprera are easily accessible by 24-hour ferries from the city of Palau itself. The village is also located about 1.5 km from the renowned Isola dei Gabbiani, a paradise for windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing and diving, and also from the renowned beaches of the pools (coves of Punta Don Diego). It is also possible to enjoy a scenic life path on Mount Iaccheddu, from which you can admire beautiful sunsets and enchanting views of the islands. The village also has a private marina with a slipway for launching. The marina is ideally located for easy visits to the islands of the Maddalena archipelago.
