Beautiful beach house with all the comforts of a townhouse. Decorated in white, green and blue, it has lighted spaces, a patio, terrace, hammocks and a barbecue. The beach is a short walk away. A river flows into it. The pool is shared with other residences. You can also enjoy the slide area and the lagoon restaurant (giant pool). Very close to supermarket, pharmacy and various stores. Very close to the village of Río Hato and other beach projects. The space The house is very comfortable. Everyone loves to have a BBQ in the courtyard. Reading in the hammocks is a delight. Guest access The complex's pool is directly behind the fence, with an access door. Enjoying the Lagoon (giant pool) is a great experience. Renting the property gives you access to the guest area which is where the slides are. You can also use the restaurant area. There is an area reserved exclusively for owners that is not accessible with this reservation. It's wonderful to be able to swim in the ocean and in the river. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. It can also be reached by car. Walking along the beach is a delight at all times. There are multiple paid water activities at the Hotel and in the Lagoon. It has access to the gardens and sports areas (tennis courts are for a fee).
