Relax at Huntenhull Farm a peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle and let the nourishing sounds of the countryside wash over you. Close to Bath, Frome, Longleat and within walking distance to a good pub. The apartment set in courtyard - is cosy, warm, and well-equipped - a great base to explore the area. The property comes with the benefit of a pool, with hot tub and sauna, we offer 2hr spa pool sessions for £45, see access for more information on this. The space This wonderful two bed flat has a chic ski lodge vibe. Enter the flat via the ground floor kitchen diner - stairs take you up to the cosy living room with en-suite bedrooms either side. The master bedroom has a super king bed with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has one double bed and one single and en-suite bathroom with a bath. All rooms have thick large fluffy towels and each bed has a combination of goose down and hypoallergenic pillows. The duvets are goose-down - hypoallergenic ones can be provided on request. Outside in the courtyard is a seating area, you are welcome to use this during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the flat - and there is also space to sit outside in the courtyard. The pool and spa complex on site it is not included in the room rate, it is £45 for a 2 hour private spa session (this is for the whole group not pp) and can be booked during or ahead of your stay subject to availability. A spa session includes heated pool ( 30°C), hot tub, sauna, jet shower with led lights and spa towels. The room itself is also really warm so lovely when its cold outside. There is one other unit that is also able to use the spa, and we offer slots on a first come first serve basis. The pool uses copper technology to clean so it is chlorine free, and the copper offers additional health benefits due to its anti inflammatory properties. There is parking space for one car next to the apartment - additional parking available on request. Other things to note Please note this is a self-catering unit and there is no shop within walking distance so please plan ahead. The nearest supermarkets are 7-10 min drive and there is an excellent local pub serving food just a 5-minute walk from the house. For older guests there are stairs within the property. We are a pet friendly property, dogs can run around the courtyard, but are not allowed in our garden, which will be gated, as we have free range chickens. Please be aware there is a parcel hole by our front gate, if concerned about escape please ask us to put a plant pot in front of it. We also have a hose in the courtyard you can use if needed and if you would like extra dog towels or blankets. There is a pet fee of £15 that is automatically added to your booking when you select pet's this is for up to two dogs, there is an additional £5 a pet added to every dog over this number, which we will charge after your trip.
