Enjoy a stylish apartment on the second floor. The bedroom has a queen bed in it. The living room has a sectional couch that can sleep on as well as a roll away twin bed. You will be given the codes to access prior to arriving. This unit has free on-street parking. There is TV in the living room of this unit. 1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee. 3. No pets allowed 4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products) 5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee. 6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
